infant massage: 5 week series.
it’s more than massage, trust us.
infant massage has been studied and practiced for decades and has been shown to help stimulate babies to support them in their development and growth. this technique also assists in relaxing and soothing babies, especially those experiencing colic or other challenging temperaments. pssst… a massaged/stimulated baby is more likely to soothe faster, sleep more and gain faster.
adding a short and simple, proven massage technique into your daily routine has proven to greatly benefit babies development and temperament. learn to better bond and connect with your baby and your local village/community in 5 weeks of one hour sessions. IAIM’s technique is best learned when your little one is 12 months old or younger.

Thursday May 1 1:30pm-3pm.
curated play offers a safe and thoughtful environment for your little one to explore a series of toys and activities aimed at their specific stage of development. since all littles are on their own timelines, we chose to curate these classes for developmental stages not ages.
while offering an opportunity for you to connect to parents with littles in the same stage of development; building connections and peer guidance for the rest of your journey.
coffee, tea and water included. juice, and treats available for purchase.
play opportunities include…
sensory exploration
open ended toys to encourage imaginative, independent play
toys and activities to encourage fine and gross motor development
occasional crafts and creative learning
open to littles who are very confident walkers + love to move and groove and don’t mind being bumped into by their excited peers.
younger siblings are welcome if you are comfortable with them being amongst movers- we encourage wearing them to keep them off the floor.
coffee hour: a weekend family gathering.
life gets busy. building community can be a challenge.
set a date with your parenting pals. benefit from a safe space to build new one’s. connect with families navigating similar challenges to yours, and access professionals to get your questions answered.
