a home for all that matters, in solidarity.
We are here for you, in solidarity. To ease your mental load, create opportunities of connection, play + healing and to walk alongside you on your journey to and through parenthood and fertility.
Courtney Jenkins
owner. doula. childbirth educator. space holder.
I bring over 15 years of in-home family support and over a decade of knowledge, education and experience as a fully certified full spectrum doula, childbirth educator + infant massage instructor supporting families from pregnancy though postpartum and into the years of early parenting.
I deeply believe in the impact of unwavering, non-judgmental support for all families through pregnancy, birth + the early years of parenthood to nurture who each member is becoming. Showing the way to self trust and following what feels right.
This space is the culmination of my heart and soul and decade of doula support and the gaps in care and support that I bear witness to. Each practitioner and offering within these walls were hand picked by me, with your family in mind and in heart.
Within these walls my doula practice holds consultations, prenatals, postpartum meetings, parenting support, education classes for individuals, couples and groups. There is not much I love more than running infant massage classes as an International Association of Infant Massage Instructor, watching little one’s grow and bond with their parent.
Having space to bring you together with others walking the same path is my life’s passion. I can only hope you meet your biggest supporter, mom friend, dad friend, most cherished resource within these walls.

Ash-Hoath Murray
personal trainer. nutrition coach. peri/menopause coach.
Passionate about empowering women to reclaim their self-confidence, speak their truth, and embrace their wellness journey, Ash is a Certified Group Fitness & Personal Trainer, Certified Holistic Nutrition & Fitness Coach, Certified Peri/Menopause Coach, and Pussy Yoga Pelvic Floor Integration Facilitator. After an 18-year career in not-for-profit management, she followed her heart to support women's wellness and create space for women to reconnect with themselves by launching The Glow Garden.
As a mom of three navigating the challenges of perimenopause—hot flashes, anxiety, and all—Ash knows firsthand the struggles of balancing wellness while keeping young humans happy and thriving. Her podcast, PeriMOMopause, gives listeners tips and tricks to navigate midlife motherhood. Having spent years battling body image issues and chasing external validation, she’s made it her mission to help women honour their bodies and find joy in their journeys.
When Ash began teaching mom and baby fitness classes as a new mom, she discovered the power of community and mentorship among women. She saw the importance of creating space for moms to reconnect with their “new” bodies and celebrate their strength, power, and balance instead of chasing unrealistic "bounce-back" ideals. Whether through Zumbini, mom and baby fitness, Pussy Yoga Pelvic Floor, or nutritional coaching, Ash’s approach is rooted in the belief that all bodies are good bodies, and women are worthy of investing in themselves. Her goal is to help women feel strong, confident, empowered, and joyful—whatever that looks like for them.
