My diy Elderberry Syrup kits are by far my best seller, and have been quickly gaining popularity over the years, and for good reason! Elderberry along with the combination of herbs and spices are known to help support healthy immune systems. It is also thought to help reduce and shorten cold symptoms if taken when feeling really crummy.
While there is no FDA approval, many practitioners agree that elderberry is safe for all ages as well as for pregnant people. Making is a good choice for school age sniffles.
Some customers have said their littles love the taste of the syrup (I would agree, it’s delicious and sweet!) but the act of giving it is too much like medicine for some kids to agree too. Enter elderberry gummies. A fun and delicious way to get elderberry goodness into your family!
