comfort + supports in labour. April 14th

CA$40.00

led by Courtney Jenkins, doula + childbirth educator.

birth bags are great (and I will teach you to pack one someday too), but I promise only a small amount of those thoughtfully chosen and packed items will be put to use in labour. equip yourself and your support people with simple tools and strategies to work with labour.

in this session you and your support person will learn…

  • to work with, not against your body in labour

  • hands on techniques that ease the sensation of labour

  • hands on techniques that offer your body assistance, making for more productive labour

  • positions to allow for more power and control in labuoring + pushing

  • ways to set a calming, safe environment to allow labour to progress, not stall

siblings welcome if needed.

Monday April 14th 7pm-8pm
one ticket per family.
