There is no instruction manual for feeding your baby, every body and baby is so unique and deserves unique, curated support. Gain access to education, care and support form our board certified lactation consultant and any point of your feeding journey, in home, hospital or in clinic.

  • no obligation consultation (15 mins)

  • private sessions with an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and registered nurse (RN) with personalized assessment and customized plans for your specific feeding goals

  • hands on and/or eyes on help with latching, pumping, bottle feeding, and supplement/formula prep for breastfeeding, bodyfeeding, or bottle feeding families.

  • someone to truly listen to and understand your concerns about your baby’s feeding, latch, and challenges to create a plan together that makes everything feel more manageable

  • help you find the cause of sore nipples, low supply, mastitis or other issues and work together to remedy anything that makes breastfeeding uncomfortable

  • assess for oral ties (tongue tie, lip tie, buccal/cheek tie) that could be impacting baby’s latch at the breast or bottle. grow your knowledge about the right exercises for babe and referral to doctors, dentists, other healthcare professionals + bodyworkers to help prevent future troubles with eating, speech, orthodontic issues, tooth decay, breathing/airway struggles, and support optimal jaw and facial development.

  • confidential and secure email follow up immediately after each appointment with resources and education bundles, and for 2 weeks after your last appointment
