A spare set of hands to help tackle your prenatal to do list. We can chat and learn while we help prepare your home for your new addition.

• informal prenatal education, as needed

• informal assistance in learning parenting tasks, as needed

• prepping freezer meals and snacks for postpartum

• washing, organizing and folding of baby’s clothes

• light organization of nursery

• solicited advice for the postpartum period, such as breastfeeding stations and herbal care for the postpartum period

• assistance with organizational tasks your hormones ‘need’ completed before babies arrival

• light household cleaning, vacuuming, dishes, taking out the trash, tidying etc.

• preparation of hospital bag

• customizable contract; minimum of 12 hours per contract, and a minimum of 5 hours per nesting shift to ensure you receive the best support

• ** only accepting clients in Parry Sound and surrounding areas. Travel fees extra for distant clients. Ask me who I recommend in your hometown!**
