Courtney, owner of Heart to Earth comes with over a decade of experience as a doula and many more years of family care experience. She loves meal prepping, vacuuming, baby laundry and saving you some diaper changes.

Samantha has many years of home care support experience and is happy to help care for your home while you tend to baby, or care for your baby allowing you to care for yourself or tasks.

discuss birth and answer and questions
postpartum education and help navigating parenthood
light household tasks such as dishes, sweeping and babies laundry
preparing light snacks and meals, assisting with meal prep
assisting with diaper changes, feeds and holding baby
allow parents time to rest or focus on other obligations
access to lending library and community resources
customizable contract; minimum of 12 hours per contract, and a minimum of 5 hours per postpartum shift to ensure you receive the best support
overnight shifts are available (fee increases)
