Victoria is a registered acupuncturist, she works with pregnant women trimesters 1 - 4 assisting pregnancy related issues, such as, carpal tunnel, constipation, headaches, nausea and more. She helps women with breech position, as well as, Pre-Birth treatments starting at week 36-37 to prepare the body and baby for birth.

Chiropractic care using safe and effective methods for pregnancy that doesn't put much strain or pressure on the mother or baby, such as Thompson and Webster's. Webster's technique is a pre-natal adjusting technique designed to help loosen the joints and ligaments of the pelvis and take tension off the uterus in order to allow the baby to move more freely and help prepare the mother for delivery.

I offer Registered Massage Therapy services which include Massage, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Taping & Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization. Massage Therapy is beneficial for all walks of life especially pre and postpartum women and newborns, children and youth. Some benefits include pain relief, improving mobility, decreasing headaches, reducing stress and helps with teething pains & colic (newborns).

Hope Pregnancy Centre
Hope Pregnancy Support Centre provides compassionate help to all who are struggling with or have previously been affected by an unexpected pregnancy or prior abortion. We are a place of safety, coming alongside our clients as they navigate the challenging circumstances in their lives. We do this by providing non-judgmental support, education in parenting and other life skills, offering support through pregnancy loss, or miscarriage and by providing practical supplies such as diapers, formula, baby clothes, and more.
Great Beginnings
A program that offers a place where individuals who are pregnant or have a baby or child up to age 3 can learn about pregnancy, baby care, child devlopment, nutrition and healthy eating.

Community Action Program for Children
The Community Action Program for Children offers support in the following areas, nutritional support and collective kitchens, family resource centres, parenting classes and drop in groups, child health and development activities, outreach and home visiting programs and specialized programs including support for families experiencing or fleeing abuse.
