A yoga class with pregnant + postpartum bodies top of mind.

Rebuild strength, release tension, and reconnect with your body in this 45-minute pelvic floor class. This class combines gentle, effective movements to support your pelvic floor, improve mobility, and restore balance-all while keeping your baby happy and engaged. Join us for a calming yet empowering experience that nurtures your postpartum recovery and leaves you feeling strong, centered, and refreshed. Open to caregivers with babes under 12 months.
Runs for 6 weeks (no classes over March Break)
