Rebuild strength, release tension, and reconnect with your body in this 45-minute pelvic floor class. This class combines gentle, effective movements to support your pelvic floor, improve mobility, and restore balance-all while keeping your baby happy and engaged. Join us for a calming yet empowering experience that nurtures your postpartum recovery and leaves you feeling strong, centered, and refreshed. Open to caregivers with babes under 12 months expecting and little free folks too.
Runs for 6 weeks (no classes over March Break)
