Led by Ash Hoath-Murray. Certified Group Fitness + Personal Trainer.

A fitness class to meet you where you are at in this season of life.

Designed to help moms build strength, increase confidence, and connect with their little ones, this unique program includes:

- fun and interactive moments where your baby is safely involved

- burnout Tabata sessions while babies play

- soothing cool-down focused on mobility stretching, and pelvic floor work

Runs for 5 weeks (no classes over March Break)
