Elderberry when taken with a combination of a healthy lifestyle is believed to help support the immune system. Infusion option is a cleaner, more compact way to make the syrup, no straining necessary!
HOW TO MAKE:
To prepare, add herbal blend to 4 cups of boiling water. Allow to simmer for 20 minutes. Remove herbs and add up to 1 cup of honey or maple syrup. Enjoy 1-3 tsp per day. Keep refrigerated.
